This can be for a variety of reasons, maybe you are traveling, you just moved, happen to be on vacation or you just don’t have the money or maybe there aren’ good places to train close to where you live. You have to stay in shape and a minimum of maintain your muscles or they will waste at a distance. According to one study it only takes six weeks to lose all muscles gains if your muscles are not used.
Many people who hate running do so see it as boring or as something that “have” to do as opposed to something that they possess a choice of doing. Making running fun as hostile a chore involves replacing your mindset. You need to think about running as something of which may be fun and enjoyable.
